Good doesn’t mean bad!

Being healthy doesn’t mean you have to miss dessert! Whipped up a treat tonight… Bottom layer: soaked oats, almonds, coconut, chia seeds, 360Whey vanilla (WPI/WPC blend for protein hit) coconut water, cinnamon. Top: Crushed frozen strawberry, blueberry, goji berries and sprinkle of #colostrum on top for immune support. Simple, easy and heaps tasty! Cheers, Mat
