Rum-tein Protein Balls

The nicest protein ball you’ll EVER eat! Seriously so delish; I know what I’ll be taking camping this weekend…a WHOLE batch! My Rum-tein balls taste like a rumball but minus the rum and refined sugar!

Rum-tein Protein Balls

Serves: 1-6

Time: 10 Mins

  • 15-20 dates (soaked)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted cashews

  • 1/4 coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup Pureharvest rice malt
  • 2 heaped tbs PaleoPro
  • 2 tsp Loving Earth cacao
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds


Step 1

Blend dates, cashews, coconut oil and rice malt syrup in blender.

Step 2

After combined, add the rest of the ingredients.

Step 3

Roll into balls, then roll in shredded coconut, and try not to eat the whole batch!
