We’re loving pancakes at the moments, so it was a good thing that the wonderful people at @progressive_health posted a Protein Pancakes recipe using our Pea Pro!
Protein Pancakes are great as a kickstarter to your day, or as a recovery meal post workout! Either way they’re an awesome and nutritious way to #NaturalFuel your body!
Banana Protein Pancakes
Serves: 1
Time: 5-10 Minutes
- 1 Banana
- 3 Eggs
- 1 Tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Vanilla Pea Pro
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
Step 1
Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until it resembles pancake mix.
Step 2
Pour the mix into a frying pan and cook on a medium-low heat for 1.5 - 2 minutes.
Step 3
Flip and repeat.
Step 4
Served with warmed berries & organic yoghurt.
