Protein Zancakes

These Zancakes I had for dinner last night were SO fluffy! I enjoyed these pancakes with fresh kiwi, blueberries & strawberries, 15g of ceres organics smooth peanut butter and 5g organic rice malt syrup

Protein Zancakes

Serves: 1

Time: 20 Mins

  • 30g Vanilla Bio Pro
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Oat Flour
  • 40g Grated Zucchini
  • Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Butterscotch Extract
  • 1/4 Cup + 2 Tbsp Egg Whites
  • Tbsp Stevia
  • 10g Chopped Almonds

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, and blend in Nutribullet until fluffy

Step 2

Fry in Medium Fry Pan until golden brown

Step 3

Serve with Fresh Fruit & Natural Maple Syrup
