Paleo Blueberry Protein Pancakes

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Serve Paleo Pro Vanilla/ Choc
  • 1 Tsp Milk (Mylk)
  • Blueberries
  • 1/3 Cup Oats

Step 1

Place all ingredients, except blueberries in blender, blend until combined & fluffy

(We used a nutribullet)

Step 2

Pour mix into medium saucepan, place blueberries on top and cook for 1-2 minutes or until golden.

Step 3

Serve with 100% natural maple syrup & organic yoghurt.
