After our MASSIVE weekend at the QLD INBA State Titles, we promised the lovely attendees that we would post our recipes for the two bliss balls we sampled out on the weekend.

These choc chia bliss balls are so good you’ll honestly think you’re eating a naughty treat!
Choc Chia Protein Bliss Balls
Time: 10 minutes
- 1 cup of raw cashews
- 8-10 dates (depending on size)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raw cacao
- 2 serves protein (chocolate)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- almond/coconut milk if the mixture isn’t sticky enough
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- Shredded Coconut
Throw all ingredients, except for shredded coconut into a food processor. Process until it clumps together and is nice and smooth.
In a tray/bowl, pour in some chia seeds and shredded coconut.
Roll balls into the sizes you want, and roll around in the chia/coconut mix.
Pop into a container & refrigerate until hard.
Try not to eat all at once.
