Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie! I’m running late for work, 5 minutes to get out the door starving… I grabbed some blueberries, almond meal, oats, chia seeds, baby spinach, mango, coconut oil, our Colostrum and our 360Whey in vanilla with water and yoghurt. Blended for 30 seconds and boom! Plus I still had time to make it look cool and Instagram it (high fives)!! Cheers, Mat.
